How Do I Register?
1. Obtain a registration card and health form from your pastor or
congregational camp representative.
2. Ask your pastor and parents to complete the information on the
registration form and the health form.
3. Determine the total amount you are responsible to pay by deducting
your church’s scholarship from the $150 registration fee.
4. Mail the registration form and health form, along with your check or
money order for the total amount you owe, to Camp Luther, 1600 Kanawha
Blvd. E., Charleston, WV 25311.
Space is limited. Be sure to register for Camp Luther by May 1, 2007.
Camp Luther:
* receives a grant from West Virginia-Western Maryland Synod of the
Evangelical Lutheran Church in America
* receives support from the Synod’s Youth Committee
* reports to the annual Synod Assembly
* is available to all persons without regard to race, color, or national
origin
* appreciates donations
How Do I Get There?
Camp Luther is located at Camp Caesar, a 4-H Camp situated along WV
State Rt. 20 between Webster Springs and Cowen, West Virginia. It is
easily reached by automobile.
In addition, chartered buses operate from Wheeling, Fairmont,
Huntington, Parkersburg, and Charleston.

What Does It Cost?
The cost for a full week at Camp Luther is $150. Many churches provide
partial scholarships to help reduce the cost. If you must withdraw
before camp starts, all but $25 of your camp fee will be returned to
you.
What About Health Care?
Registered nurses are in residence at Camp Luther to treat minor
ailments and abrasions. An infirmary is maintained with nurse’s office,
dispensary, and several beds for temporary treatment. Local physicians
are available if needed. Modern hospital facilities are located in
Webster Springs.
What's the Address to Send Mail to the Campers?
Mail should be addressed as follows: Name of Camper, Camper's Program
(Junior, Intermediate, or Senior), Camp Luther c/o Camp Caesar, Box 428,
Cowen, WV 26206-0428.
